I didn’t come to this work to fix people.
I came to it after learning personally what it costs to live disconnected from the body while carrying responsibility,
pressure, and expectation.
This work grew from lived experience, not theory.
It’s grounded, embodied, and intentionally paced.
Why This Work Exists
My life has required resilience early.
Becoming a mother young, navigating responsibility, working across very different environments - from creative industries to personal training and the military, taught me discipline, adaptability, and the impact pressure has on the nervous system when it’s carried for too long.
What became clear over time was this:
strength without regulation eventually leads to disconnection.
The work I offer now is shaped by that understanding.
It’s not about pushing through or becoming more.
It’s about returning to steadiness, self-trust, and presence in the body.
How I Work
My work is relational and embodied.
I support people to:
Reconnect with their internal sense of steadiness,
Build capacity to meet life without constant push,
Live from clarity, presence, and self-trust.
This is not therapy.
It’s not performance or motivation.
